Introduction to Charcuterie Class this Weekend!

Have you ever wanted to cure bacon or ham, grind sausages and bratwurst, spice your own corned beef, or preserve salume (salami to you newbies)?

Come and have the mysteries of preparing meats revealed to you in Charcuterie 101 on Sunday, June 30th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. $40 includes three hours of personalized instruction, various samples of home-cured meat snacks, and a printed collection of ingredients, recipes and instructions.
